Before each service, we ask you to complete a questionnaire which helps your therapist determine your dominant elemental influence and the underlying causes of imbalance.
This allows us to customise products, aromas and massage techniques to create personalised treatments and self-care rituals - to bring immediate results, long-term benefits and enhanced well-being.

Spa Etiquette

Your Spa Experience

Our goal is to design treatments to bring you back into balance; results oriented therapies using nurturing, high-touch approaches and unique sensory experiences.
Our therapists are caring and attentive professionals committed to fulfilling your every need. The information below will help you make the most of your time with us.

Appointment Policy

We recommend you book appointments in advance to secure your preferred date, time
and therapist for your spa experience. We may also contact you prior to your treatment to confirm your appointment time.

Arrival

We ask you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment. This allows you time to check
in, enjoy a cup of Comforting Tea or water, complete your personal profile and relax. Your treatment time is approximate and will include a consultation with your therapist.

Clothing

We supply a bathrobe, towel and slippers when you go to your treatment. The sauna will also require you to bring along a swimming costume.

Dual Treatments

We specialise in dual treatments - for couples, mother & daughter, best friends, honeymooners. We have several rooms available for sharing your enjoyment.

Gift Vouchers

We are pleased to offer gift vouchers for single treatments, packages or dollar value. Specific requests can be arranged.

Mobile Phones

Please assist us in maintaining a tranquil spa environment. We kindly request that you respect other guests by using quiet conversation and refraining from using mobile phones while enjoying the spa.

Special Health Conditions

Please inform your therapist of any health concerns that you may have when completing
your treatment card. We do not treat anyone in their first trimester of pregnancy. Our
fully qualified therapists will advise on special conditions.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to change your schedule. Because your spa appointments are reserved especially for you, we kindly ask that you give us a minimum of twelve hours notice so someone else may visit us.
Appointments cancelled within twelve hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

We accept cash, Eftpos, Bankcard, Mastercard, Visa and Amex.
