Spa Etiquette

Our goal is to design treatments to bring you back into balance. We combine orient therapies with high touch approaches to create a unique sensory experience. 

Our therapists are caring and attentive professionals committed to fulfilling your every need. The information below will help you make the most of your time with us.
 

Appointment Policy 

We recommend you book appointments in advance to secure your preferred date, time and therapist for your spa experience. We will also contact you via text the day before your appointment to confirm and follow up with a phone call if you have not responded. 

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to change your schedule so we kindly ask you to provide us with 24 hours notice if you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment so that we can provide someone else with a relaxing experience. 

Appointments cancelled within 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee. If you do not attend your appointment and have not given prior notice the full treatment amount will be debited from your credit card or your voucher redeemed.

 

Parking

There is a side strip along the front of the Diamont hotel where parking can be found between 2 hours and 30 minutes. There is also pay parkingdirectly across from Kendall Lane by the apartments.
 

Arrival

We ask you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment. This allows you time to check in, enjoy a cup of Comforting Tea or water, complete your personal profile and relax. Your treatment time is approximate and will include a consultation with your therapist.
 

Clothing

We supply a bathrobe, towel and slippers if desired when you go into your treatment. 
 

Gift Vouchers

We are pleased to offer gift vouchers for single treatments, packages or dollar value. Specific requests can be arranged.
 

Mobile Phones

Please assist us in maintaining a tranquil spa environment. We kindly request that you respect other guests by using quiet conversation and refraining from using mobile phones while enjoying the spa.
 

Special Health Conditions

Please inform your therapist of any health concerns that you may have when completing your treatment card. We do not offer massages for women in their first trimester of pregnancy. Our  fully qualified therapists will advise on special conditions.
 

Confidentialty

At Soma Day Spa all personal details and medical information of each and every client is confidential and stored securely in a coded computer system. We understand that our clients are placing their confidence into the therapist and establishment therefore a professional manor is maintained at all times in these premises.
 

Payment Options

We accept cash, Eftpos, Bankcard, Mastercard, Visa and Amex. Prices are inclusive of GST and are subject to change without notice. Credit Cards & Amex transactions will attract a surcharge.
